This is strange. I know that if you do not have the exact same version of the software that is in the emanage you will never be able to connect to it. You should have also had the emanage plugged into you computer when you did the update. What I had to do was uninstall my emanage software and I started at the oldest version of the software on mohdparts.

Downloaded it and installed it then checked if the emanage would connect. If it didn't I went to the next version and so on. Once you find the correct version that is in the emanage connect to the emanage and update to the latest software while you are hooked up.
