Date of booking & time-03 sep 17 &0230hrs I booked a taxi to international airport flight departing 0540hrs. Once i wake up (0215hrs) i realize that taxi not arrived, once again i called they said taxi booked from my number but not engaged with any drivers. I done a new booking again which leads to 45mins late to airport, stress. Luckily i don't miss my flight. The lady representative who took my first call about mid night 12 doesn't engage any driver for pick up. Plz show this msg how careless she done the job.
This a long standing issue. We having been following up with them and totally fed up. Beware Do not use WALLET OF NTL they'll say it's vanished if you are unable to use it for a few months.

Hello, I traveled from Kotturpuram to Chennai airport on 29.11.16 in NTL taxi. The driver collected e almost Rs 100 extra from me for the travel. I raised a complaint regarding this on 30.11.16. Hi we hired a cab from NTL Call taxi today (14 October 2016) from chennai n travelled to thiruthani.from there we travelled to kanchipuram and from there we returned back to chennai.overall it should come 100 km + 60 km + 80 km = 240 km. As per above details or say 250 km.but the driver did not leave until we payed Rs.3100 (charged for 280 km).even call centre employee supported driver fraud claims. I booked the cab for 4.30pm and started from home sharp at 4.30pm. The lcd meter (not the gps meter) started reading more than rs 200/ within 6.0km distance.
He didn’t start the gps unit. When reached airport, the driver told me that the gps meter is not working. But, before entering into airport toll gate, the driver himself gave 5* rating in gps unit.
